At first, they worked as much as 16 hours a day to get this idea up and running and make it real, so in November 2019 they proposed 20 people to test digital escape but this turned out to be too difficult.
So, they needed to revise the idea to make it simpler, and here they decided to split the game into several parts and thus launch the product in eCommerce.
The first 30 customers arrive, but 5 out of 10 seem to like the experience, so it needs to be modified, and what better channel to make it better than to listen to the players’ own feedback!
So they change the challenges, and the clues and make the basic story of this mission better. Here it is that now an average of 8 out of 10 players like it. A great achievement, but one should never stop. When one stops, one is finished, this is everywhere and anywhere.
So, they decided to improve the home page and hide a discount code for the game in a video trailer, and interest grew.

In May 2020 due to additional feedback from players, MysterU made further changes and now with over 600 participants, the approval rate is 9 out of 10.
