The MysterU experience is lived entirely online. There are no downloads, no installations, it is neither a video game nor an escape room in VR. You will experience the adventure firsthand as the protagonist, without the interference of outside agents. For any doubts read the our FAQ.
Most of the game will take place in the web, so not necessarily on this site. You will therefore have the ability to "pause" your investigations as many times as you wish, and then resume them at any time until the eScape is completed.
Go to the our Shop, choose your eScape, decide how many simultaneously connected devices you want to play with, and add it to your cart (add additional eScapes for comulative discounts) and, if you have it, use a discount code.
Proceed at Checkout and create an account by choosing your credentials (if you are in a group, only the group leader does this). If you are multiple teams, make separate purchases: each email/username represents a different team/account. You will then need to share credentials with all members of the same team.
After purchase, at the top of the menu you will see the "START" button. You can start instantly or even at a later time, the experience does not expire. If you don't see it, it's because the payment failed. Check with your bank/card or make contact.
As soon as you click "START" you will see some preliminary information for optimal playability, including also instructions on how to play in groups or remotely.
Forget everything you have already tried. It’s not a video game, it’s not an app, it’s not an escape room. MysterU is something completely different and it will blow your mind!
We respect the most precious thing you have: your time. Eccoz, without any reservation, you can start the experience when you want, pause it and start again when it best suits you, solving the longest eScape, “The Cook,” in 2 hours or even 1 month!

There is no need for any experience with logic games, puzzles, escape rooms or anything else, nor do you need to possess great computer skills and/or regarding the digital world.
We designed the experience based on people of all ages and with very little digital experience. Also, if you get stuck, you will have progressive help available.
You will need to own any internet-connected device: PC/MAC, tablet, or even just your smartphone.
You can venture out alone, in pairs or even in a group…clearly the more of you there are, the easier the eScape will be to solve! We still recommend a maximum of 2-3 participants per eScape. If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend buying multiple packs and splitting into multiple teams that will play against each other whoever solves the eScape first!
Of course they do! Already many teachers have suggested our games to their classes. In fact, the advantages of using an escape room as an alternative to the classic face-to-face lesson are many: students will learn to collaborate with each other, develop creativity and intuition, and at the same time learn to better manage their time. In addition, they will feel more involved in the lesson and motivated in their study.
In this regard, together with some professors from SUPSI (University of Applied Sciences of Southern Switzerland), we have created a version of MysterU entirely designed for teaching. For more information, visit www.edu.escapedigitale.ch
A few moments after purchase you will receive all the instructions on how to start your first mission or how to gift the experience. If you don’t want to start right away you can log in later and start only then.
During purchase you will have to choose how many devices (computer, cell phone, tablet, etc.) you want to play on at the same time. For example, if you are 3 friends and you each play on your own computer, you will need to choose 3 devices. On the other hand, if there are 4 of you, but you only play on 2 computers, you only need to choose 2 devices. Please note: after purchase, you will no longer be able to add new devices.
It does not require any reservation. After purchase, you will be free to play whenever you want…once you start the experience then, you will have no time limit. You can start on a dreary day from your computer and finish 2 weeks later at the beach under the sun with your smartphone!
It’s really up to you! The eScape may take you some time but it will also have natural stopping points. So, you may not solve it all at once! In short, you can start investigating, stop after an hour, and resume when you want to, even in a month. Clearly, the more agents you are, the easier it is to solve the eScape!
