It is suitable for any level, no need for any experience with logic games, puzzles, escapes or anything else.

You do not have to possess great computer skills and/or regarding the digital world… we designed the experience based on dozens of people of all ages and with very little computer/digital experience.

Also, if you get stuck, you will have help available.

Regarding age, there are +10-year-old eScape and others that require a higher age (+14).

Simple: proceed with the purchase and a few moments later you will receive all the instructions on how to start your digital eScape.

You will be free to play whenever you want–once you start the experience, you have no time limit.

You can start on a gloomy day from your computer and finish 2 weeks later at the beach in the sun with your smartphone!

It really depends on you! Depending on the eScape you choose, it may take you some time but it will also have natural stopping points. So, you may not solve it all at once! In short, you can start investigating, stop after an hour and resume when you want to, even in a month.

The longest eScape has an average duration of about 3-4 hours: if you are more agents, it is easy for these timelines to decrease! But there are shorter eScapes as well.

You must have a device connected to the Internet: PC/MAC, tablet, or even just your smartphone (iOs, Android, etc.).

To really take the experience to a more immersive level, you can also immerse yourself in the story “offline,” that is, by printing out the clues, objectives, evidence, etc. and using pen and paper–but it is entirely optional.

In our eScapes you can venture out alone, in pairs, or even in a group… clearly the more of you there are, the easier the eScape resolution will be!

We still recommend up to 2 participants.

If you are more than 2 people (e.g groups of 3, 4, 6 or even 10 people), we recommend buying 2, 3 or more packages and dividing into several teams that will play against each other whoever solves the eScape first!

We designed it so that after the transaction, you can decide whether to play it right away or give it as a gift to someone (thanks to the enclosed PDF). Learn more.

He can enter either his own (and then change it later) or enter the gift recipient’s email address directly, but an order confirmation email will be delivered to that email as soon as the order is placed, so take that into account if e.g. it is a surprise.

Once you purchase the experience, you will be able to download the PDF document to give away.

In any case, when the beneficiary has received the gift, he or she can start the experience by pointing to another email (ie. his or her own).

Check your SPAM or junk mail folder. You must receive an order confirmation email. However you can start the experience with the login created during purchase.

By purchasing an eScape, you can play on as many devices as you want at once. You will just need to share the credentials (username and password) that you need to create at checkout. However, we recommend playing with a maximum of 3-4 people: if there are more of you, split into teams and purchase one pack per team and challenge each other to finish first!

To get the most out of the experience, we recommend communicating via video call: the platform does not offer a tool for communicating: you can use the classic video call tools, or even a simple call. To share the eScape with other people, simply share your login credentials (username and password) and send the link to the first page of the eScape.

The eScapedigital is available in other languages, however, you cannot use the Italian site login on the eScape site in other languages.

However, one solution is to use the Chrome extension (install it) to translate each page of the game. Of course you will have to help in case the translation is not perfect. Especially the solutions, they will remain to be entered in Italian.

During the game, in case of difficulty, there will be hints to help you. Thanks to these, you will be able to advance and finish the game safely without human help. This will allow you to play the eScape whenever you want.

Once you finish an eScape, you cannot replay it. If you want to play it with friends, you must play it together by sharing login credentials.

As with a physical eScape Room, you cannot try the eScape and there is no demo. Start maybe with an easier eScape to see if you like the type of game.

Once the checkout/purchase is made, the “START” button will appear at the top of the screen. If the “START” button does not appear, then it means that the payment did not go through. Then check that the payment was successful and that you have received the order confirmation email. In that case, you will be able to log in with the credentials you created during the purchase: login.

Deaf people can play our eScapes, possibly accompanied. In fact, the audio component is present in some missions, but it is not unavoidable. That is why, it is enough that a person from the team can help with the challenges with the hearing part.

If there are more than 3 of you playing, we recommend that you organize in teams: divide into teams of 2-3 people. Then start the eScape and challenge each other: whoever finishes first wins! Or, you can feel each other out at the end of each room and award points to the team that finishes a room first: just use your imagination!
