Entirely Online
The MysterU experience is lived entirely online. There are no downloads, no installations, it is neither a video game nor an escape room in VR. You will experience the adventure firsthand as the protagonist, without the interference of outside agents. For any doubts read the our FAQ.
Web-based
Most of the game will take place in the web, so not necessarily on this site. You will therefore have the ability to "pause" your investigations as many times as you wish, and then resume them at any time until the eScape is completed.
Choose your eScape
Go to the our Shop, choose your eScape, decide how many simultaneously connected devices you want to play with, and add it to your cart (add additional eScapes for comulative discounts) and, if you have it, use a discount code.
Proceed to Checkout
Proceed at Checkout and create an account by choosing your credentials (if you are in a group, only the group leader does this). If you are multiple teams, make separate purchases: each email/username represents a different team/account. You will then need to share credentials with all members of the same team.
Start
After purchase, at the top of the menu you will see the "START" button. You can start instantly or even at a later time, the experience does not expire. If you don't see it, it's because the payment failed. Check with your bank/card or make contact.
Preliminary Info
As soon as you click "START" you will see some preliminary information for optimal playability, including also instructions on how to play in groups or remotely.
